Welcome and Support for Citizens Returning Home from Prison
A community-based reentry program
What we do
We reach out to incarcerated and formerly incarcerated men and women in need of support. We respond to referrals from men and women in prison.
While they are still inside
We support people inside through prison visits, rides for family members, help with housing and reentry plans, and holding educational and fundraising activities.
Once they are home
We hold a regular sharing circle and a support group for women. We offer a small stipend to returning citizens, share information about housing, jobs, and health care, and we encourage formerly incarcerated people to tell their stories.
